Graham joined Bishopsgate in 2017 to establish and develop its North American Binder business. With over 27 years in the Insurance industry, Graham’s career has been predominantly focused on North American Property & Casualty placements, but more recently his footprint has taken a much more global focus. Graham has spent most of his career in the London market, but has also lived and worked in California, Atlanta, Florida and Bermuda, which has given him great knowledge of both the retail and wholesale markets. Graham became CEO of Bishopsgate in June 2020.
Conor joined Bishopsgate in 2022 initially as Managing Director (International, Ireland & ProEx), with effect from March 2023 he was appointed Deputy CEO. Before joining Bishopsgate Conor was Head of Professional & Financial Risks and Chairman, holding various broking and leadership roles over a 10 year period. Prior to this, Conor had over 6 years corporate broking experience in the Irish market and other independent brokers. Working closely with Graham Kilby, CEO and the Bishopsgate Executive Committee Conor’s role is overseeing and implementing our strategies with a particular focus on our UK and international business segments.
Prior to joining in 2016, Paul ran the London Market broking team at Bluefin for 25 years. Paul has overall responsibility for Bishopsgate’s UK Division.
Richard joined Bishopsgate in 2022, and has over 33 years industry experience under his belt.
He initially joined the team as Head of UK and International Claims but where his experience in various operational functions shone through, Richard quickly transitioned to our Business Support Director.
Will is Chief Commercial Officer of Bishopsgate, having moved internally in 2022 from Price Forbes & Partners, which he joined in 2008. He has spent his whole career working exclusively with markets and Coverholders to create highly specialised solutions for specific insurance needs across a diverse range of classes. With over thirty years’ experience in the London market, he still carries the same level of enthusiasm for insurance as he did when he started in the industry in 1991.
Mark joined Bishopsgate in 2018 and oversees all aspects of the company’s finances, including the development and management of budgets, preparation and review of financials and reporting to stakeholders. He brings to Bishopsgate over 15 years of financial management experience having previously held roles at The Ardonagh Group, WPP and UBM, with a focus on developing policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity.
Prior to joining Bishopsgate in December 2019, Jamie spent 11 years at Aon in a number of Change and Operational roles, including 3 years as Head of Operations in Aon South Africa.
